Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and development of the company's global website to ensure a high-performing user experience
- Manage the SEO strategy and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program to enhance website performance and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web initiatives with business goals and manage project timelines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B website design and development with a strong understanding of UI/UX best practices
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing SEO strategies, including optimization for AI
- 2+ years of experience managing a CRO program for a SaaS or B2B company
- Deep experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance reporting
- Familiarity with modern web technologies and marketing automation platforms
