Web Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality and functionality of A/B tests on client websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Account teams to implement A/B tests and deliver results
• Conduct manual cross-browser, functional, visual, and smoke testing on various websites
• Document findings and communicate issues to ensure resolution and team success

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of quality assurance experience in a web-focused environment or 2+ years in a high communication role
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and navigate web experimentation tools
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze problems and iterate on processes
• High level of empathy and effective collaboration across disciplines
• Experience with high communication tasks, including writing and problem-solving
