Key Responsibilities
- Own the Website Conversion Funnel to drive conversion from visit to lead to customer
- Analyze the User Journey to identify friction points and improve performance
- Run A/B Tests & Experiments to optimize website elements and user flows
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in website optimization, growth marketing, or conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Proven track record of improving website performance through A/B testing and data analysis
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, VWO, Hotjar, HubSpot, or Mixpanel
- Understanding of UX principles and SEO fundamentals
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, content, product, and sales teams
