The Ward Team is looking for a WFH Chat Agent / Social Agent to provide top-notch customer support through live chat and social media platforms. This role allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home while making a difference in our customers’ experience.

– Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat and social media platforms

– Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

– Engage with customers online to ensure a positive and seamless experience

– Collaborate with team members to address customer needs effectively

– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

– Proven experience in customer service or a related field

– Strong written communication skills
