Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative win-back strategies and campaigns to re-engage former members
- Conduct analysis of cancellation reasons and lifecycle patterns to identify win-back opportunities
- Design and optimize multi-channel win-back campaigns, while monitoring key metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer retention or similar roles
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful win-back campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
