Job Summary
A company is looking for a Windows Engineer I to provide 24x7 support for Windows OS managed customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality internal and external customer service
- Identify and troubleshoot issues within diverse client environments
- Drive Microsoft Windows Server issues to resolution while maintaining communication with system owners
Required Qualifications
- Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform job responsibilities
- Prior experience in relevant fields, particularly in the data center industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, and WSUS is a plus
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based applications
