Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerages through effective territory management and superior service
- Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate strategically with individual producers
- Generate reports on activities and market conditions to inform sales strategies and achieve sales goals
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role, preferably in group health insurance or brokerage
- Current life, accident, and health insurance license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of starting
- Consultative selling skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams
- Proficiency in sales enablement technology, including Salesforce, Slack, and G-Suite
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment and build relationships virtually
