A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to fill an opening with a Managed Care Organization in Madison, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary prescription information for filling prescriptions
• Manage queues and ensure correct shipment of specialty pharmacy orders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician license - PTCB and NHA preferred
• 2+ years of pharmacy experience, with some flexibility
• Call center and inventory experience
