Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicaid Trainer to join their Training team supporting the state's Medicaid program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual and/or on-site training sessions focused on non-technical skills and Medicaid-specific content
  • Collaborate with business units to define course objectives and create effective learning solutions
  • Gather and analyze training evaluations to measure course effectiveness and participant learning outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, education, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with communication strategies for virtual and in-person presentations
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet training deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common e-learning tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint)
