Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicaid Trainer to join their Training team supporting the state's Medicaid program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and/or on-site training sessions focused on non-technical skills and Medicaid-specific content
- Collaborate with business units to define course objectives and create effective learning solutions
- Gather and analyze training evaluations to measure course effectiveness and participant learning outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, education, or equivalent experience
- Experience with communication strategies for virtual and in-person presentations
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet training deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common e-learning tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint)
