Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Integration Lead who will oversee the development and maintenance of HR technology and integration architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and document Workday integration systems using Orchestrate, Core Connectors, and EIB
- Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs for the integration deployment lifecycle
- Partner with stakeholders to align objectives and enhance Workday adoption and usability
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Workday Integrations Certification; additional certifications are a plus
- Minimum 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in HCM, HRIS, or integrations
- Experience leading multiple Workday implementations with demonstrated technical and integration expertise
