Workday Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Security Analyst to manage security settings and user access within the Workday system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security settings, user access, and data protection within Workday HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain systems
• Ensure security configurations align with organizational policies and compliance requirements
• Provide support and troubleshooting for security-related issues while collaborating with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required
• High School diploma or equivalent plus five years of relevant IT experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of information technology or healthcare experience with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning or Security is required
• 2 years of technical Workday experience is required
• Workday Pro Certification is required within 1 year of hire; certification upon hire is preferred
