Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workflow and process documents for training and operational departments
- Update, maintain, and inventory documentation of policies, procedures, and workflows
- Build collaborative relationships with management and subject matter experts to understand departmental processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of content development experience
- Documentation design experience in healthcare, TPA, or health insurance preferred
- Experience with creating training content and process documents
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
