Workforce Development Internship

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Development Intern for Fall 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of programs for young professionals in mental health-related fields
• Conduct research on career paths and Emerging Scholars Fellowship participants to build a network of scholars
• Collaborate with the Programs department on various projects

Required Qualifications

• Interest in mental health and uplifting young adult voices
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexible team player and motivated collaborator
• Openness to learn new tasks for special projects
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Zoom, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and CRM Tools is a plus
