A company is looking for a Solutions Architect, Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic architectural decisions for workforce transformation initiatives
- Design end-to-end solutions for labor forecasting, scheduling, and timekeeping
- Lead global tool selection and provide subject matter expertise on workforce management tools
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in workforce management solutions implementation/configuration
- Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM and Time & Labor
- Experience as a lead consultant on system implementations
- BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven solutions
