Workforce Software Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Software Consultant to provide business knowledge and technical expertise in Workforce software within their Engineering Systems area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for design, development, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation
• Ensure compliance with operational, architectural, and design standards while reviewing technology system proposals
• Manage technical risks and provide production support for various projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Advanced scheduler, Configuration, and Workforce software interfaces
• Certification in CT104 (Building New Configuration) or CT103 (WorkForce Time Advanced Configuration) and Workforce Time Interfaces
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workforce Management software
• 5-7 years of experience in a SDLC environment
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and multiple projects simultaneously
