Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Service Desk Engineer who will provide frontline incident support and fulfill technology-related service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L1 support by covering the phone queue and managing service requests via various channels
  • Write knowledge articles and maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to ITIL concepts
  • Support Citrix VDI and utilize Ivanti Neurons for workflow automation and incident resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Must be local to Columbus, Ohio, with hybrid work requirements after on-site training
  • Two years of enterprise IT support experience or relevant technology certifications/schooling
  • Ability to troubleshoot device peripherals and Windows OS error logs
  • Experience with PXE boot for imaging computers is a plus
  • Basic understanding of AI Bot Prompting and independent research skills
