Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wrike Tool Manager to optimize workflows and enhance collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and request forms within the Wrike workspace
• Provide expert troubleshooting support and create comprehensive documentation for users
• Collaborate with the internal Wrike team to ensure alignment with organizational needs and monitor software updates

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience configuring and working within Wrike
• Proven experience in onboarding and training new Wrike users
• Proficiency in building automations within Wrike
• Experience creating workflows and implementing processes within and outside of Wrike
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
