Job Summary
A company is looking for a Wrike Tool Manager to optimize workflows and enhance collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and request forms within the Wrike workspace
- Provide expert troubleshooting support and create comprehensive documentation for users
- Collaborate with the internal Wrike team to ensure alignment with organizational needs and monitor software updates
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience configuring and working within Wrike
- Proven experience in onboarding and training new Wrike users
- Proficiency in building automations within Wrike
- Experience creating workflows and implementing processes within and outside of Wrike
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
