Key Responsibilities

• Oversee user and role management for secure access control
• Design and optimize service management processes and workflows
• Develop automations to streamline tasks and improve system performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Service Management (e.g., ITIL, USM) and related processes
• Proven experience in a SIAM environment
• Ability to manage multiple service providers effectively
• Experience in configuring web applications
• Previous working experience with the Xurrent (4me) platform is preferred
