A company is looking for a Yardi Support Specialist to provide operational support and guidance on Yardi systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to client support requests in ServiceNow
- Assist users with system questions, corrections, and reporting
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate system performance and project delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems is strongly recommended
- 1 to 2 years of finance/accounting experience is strongly desirable
- 1 to 2 years of experience with Yardi Systems and RealPage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with ServiceNow
- Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with all levels within a company
