Yardi Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Yardi Support Specialist to provide operational support and guidance on Yardi systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to client support requests in ServiceNow
• Assist users with system questions, corrections, and reporting
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate system performance and project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems is strongly recommended
• 1 to 2 years of finance/accounting experience is strongly desirable
• 1 to 2 years of experience with Yardi Systems and RealPage
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with ServiceNow
• Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with all levels within a company
