Job Summary
A company is looking for a Yardi Support Specialist to provide support to operations at the regional and property level, focusing on Yardi and related applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ServiceNow queue and respond to client support requests
- Assist users with reporting and accounting questions while ensuring system performance
- Track service request trends and recommend additional training as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems strongly recommended
- 1 to 2 years of finance/accounting experience desirable
- 1 to 2 years of experience with Yardi Systems and RealPage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge in SQL Server Stack is a plus
