Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cyberwise is Turkey’s first CREST-accredited local cybersecurity company, recognized for its holistic approach to cybersecurity services. The Sales Development Specialist will engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and support sales efforts in the cybersecurity and compliance sector, contributing to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities
• Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and qualify interest.
• Conduct proactive outreach to target accounts via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and event participants to schedule meetings.
• Research key accounts and contacts based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Maintain and update accurate lead and contact data in the CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
• Collaborate with sales to align on lead handover criteria and meeting quality.
• Personalize outreach sequences using insights from account research and buyer behavior.
• Track and report on lead engagement, qualification status, and meeting conversions.
• Support the execution of lead nurture workflows and targeted campaigns.
• Stay up to date on Cyberwise’s services, case studies, and industry trends to confidently position offerings.
• Contribute ideas for improving scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies.
Skills
• A recent graduate with a strong interest in developing a career in this field, or 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in B2B cybersecurity or IT services).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM and outreach tools like Zoho, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable engaging prospects across multiple channels and managing follow-ups.
• Passionate about cybersecurity and eager to develop deeper market knowledge.
