Remote K-8 Math Tutor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Online Math Tutor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual tutoring sessions in elementary Math using the online platform
• Manage student behavior and engagement throughout sessions
• Create a safe, respectful learning environment and maintain positive relationships with students

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in and work from the United States with a valid US mailing address
• Classroom experience and/or online teaching/tutoring experience in K-8th grade level math is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of mathematical best practices for intervention and assisting struggling students
• Access to a computer, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a distraction-free environment
