Amazon is looking for tech-savvy, customer-first individuals to join our Live Chat Customer Support team. As a Remote Chat Support Associate, you’ll help Amazon customers resolve their issues through live chat—no phone calls required! If you're a strong communicator and love solving problems, this entry-level position is a perfect fit.
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist with order tracking, refunds, account issues, and product-related questions
Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users step-by-step
Provide accurate, empathetic, and helpful solutions
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written communication and typing skills (40+ WPM preferred)
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and windows at once
Calm under pressure and good at multitasking
Prior customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
Must have a quiet and secure home office setup with high-speed internet
