A company is looking for a Remote Medical Record Chart Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate and review digital patient charts using EHR or EMR systems
• Evaluate clinical notes and healthcare documentation for completeness and clarity
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, to maintain patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing, Biology, or related field
• Background in Health Information Management, Nursing, or a related clinical field
• Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems and familiarity with clinical documentation standards
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations
• Prior experience in a Medical Records Chart Reviewer role is preferred
