Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Renewals and Win-back Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers
• Upsell and add on products and services based on customer needs
• Meet and exceed various KPI targets

Required Qualifications and Training

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in an outbound sales role
• Experience following a script
• Strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task using various software applications
• Open availability to work specified hours of operation
• Must have a personal Windows computer with specified technical requirements
