Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Consumer Sales Inbound Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive inbound calls to sell, renew, and upgrade members' products and services
• Provide quality service and maintain detailed documentation of all interactions in the member database

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of sales and/or member service experience required
• Able to work in a virtual environment with necessary technology
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications during member interactions
• Reliable, persistent, and self-motivated to make sales
