Job Type:Remote, Full-Time |Location:Flexible
Assist in processing customer orders and transactions by entering data accurately into internal systems.
Handle customer inquiries related to order status, products, and delivery information.
Monitor and update records for inventory, sales, and customer information.
Work closely with the IT team to ensure that systems are functioning properly.
Perform regular data clean-up tasks to ensure the accuracy of records.
Comfortable working with data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
No prior experience required – on-the-job training provided.
