Key Responsibilities
- Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients
- Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry is preferred
- Basic understanding of contract terms and pricing structures
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
