Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Coordinator to manage and streamline the renewal process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients
  • Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry is preferred
  • Basic understanding of contract terms and pricing structures
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
