Report Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Report Analyst to provide analytical insights and support workforce management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical insights via SQL and Power BI to assist in workforce management strategy
• Partner with teams to operationalize supply strategy and develop insights into clinical workforce capacity
• Enhance reporting processes and monitor automated systems for any issues

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant role (report analyst, business analyst, data analyst, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Proven analytical skills for developing data-driven reports
• Ability to manage time and prioritize projects effectively
• Willingness to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours (8am - 5pm)
