Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reporting Specialist, Client Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Client Experience Leadership to develop and implement solutions for client retention
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and perform complex analyses to align with growth goals
- Prepare client-facing reports and maintain accurate client and broker contact information in databases
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience required
- 2+ years' experience in a related field preferred
- Working knowledge of health benefit plans and experience with Salesforce preferred
