Key Responsibilities

• Log, format, and clean quantitative data submissions while ensuring data quality
• Execute well-documented processes for accurate monitoring analyses within tight deadlines
• Communicate findings through technical memos and contribute to presentations and reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, public health, economics, sociology, social work, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in child welfare, poverty prevention, and vulnerable populations
• Familiarity with quantitative analytic methods and performance measurement
• Exposure to statistical software such as SPSS, Stata, R, or SAS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
