Key Responsibilities

• Research and document information regarding healthcare providers and resources
• Respond to member requests and track cases to ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and web navigation required
• Ability to pass job-related testing and standardized interviews
• Bilingual skills may be required based on assignment
