Retail Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Sales Customer Service Representative to provide customer service and order management support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Manage customer orders, including processing and tracking
• Provide warranty support and process warranty claims

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to use English at a B1 minimum level
• Must be willing to complete assessments, including a typing test (25 wpm)
• Sales experience highly preferred
