Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager who will develop Email & SMS campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty for brands on Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Email & SMS/MMS campaign calendar planning and workflow for eComm clients
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to develop CRM strategies that align with client goals
- Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM management or marketing automation in a D2C omni-channel vertical
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record in digital project management and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Klaviyo, and performance marketing tools
- Solid understanding of personalization and segmentation marketing
