Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and analyze retention marketing campaigns across various gaming verticals
- Lead and optimize marketing initiatives to enhance player retention and lifecycle strategies
- Oversee a team of retention specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in iGaming, Sportsbook, or iLottery industries in Customer Retention Marketing
- BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience
- At least two years of people management experience
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools, preferably with ESPs like Bloomreach or Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-visibility customer relationships
