A company is looking for a Retention Sales Representative I - Residential.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively handle disconnection requests and address customer concerns to retain customers
- Upsell or cross-sell services during save calls to increase customer lifetime value
- Accurately enter and update work orders and customer account information
Required Qualifications
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training preferred
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred
- Previous outbound or inbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Outgoing individuals who can direct conversations and close sales are sought
- A proactive approach to encourage customer commitments is essential
