A company is looking for a Technical Resource Consultant - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute consulting projects, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with regulations
- Monitor legislative updates and develop internal documentation and educational resources
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess technical needs and implement improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of full cycle administration experience required
- Understanding of PEP structure, fiduciary responsibilities, and regulatory framework
- Proven experience managing plan corrections and consulting projects
- ASPPA or NIPA designation (QKC or APA) strongly preferred
