Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Resource Consultant - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute consulting projects, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with regulations
• Monitor legislative updates and develop internal documentation and educational resources
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess technical needs and implement improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of full cycle administration experience required
• Understanding of PEP structure, fiduciary responsibilities, and regulatory framework
• Proven experience managing plan corrections and consulting projects
• ASPPA or NIPA designation (QKC or APA) strongly preferred
