Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed revenue reports to monitor financial performance across multiple care settings
• Validate data integrity and trend consistency to provide accurate financial insights to stakeholders
• Research and interpret complex payer sources and billing cycles to assess overall revenue health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in analytics or reporting, with healthcare revenue cycle expertise preferred
• Strong Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Familiarity with database queries or SQL considered an advantage
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare billing operations and payer types such as Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay
