Key Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of product offerings and internal procedures
- Triage issues and provide day-to-day support related to Salesforce accounts

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Sales / Revenue Operations experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft / G-Suite applications
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
