Job Summary
A company is looking for a RevOps Architect who will lead strategy and solution design across the sales engagement tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the solution design for complex projects involving sales engagement tools, ensuring scalability and user adoption
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to architect technical solutions that support engagement goals
- Define and evolve best practices around sales engagement, forecasting, and reporting across the revenue stack
Required Qualifications
- At least 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Systems roles with experience in sales tech architecture
- Deep understanding of Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft, including implementation and data workflows
- Proven ability to lead discovery and build consensus with senior stakeholders
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce architecture and integration management
- Bonus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or on the path to achieving certification
