RN Licensed Utilization Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Utilization Management to oversee a clinical review team ensuring appropriate care for members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of the utilization management team, ensuring adherence to performance and compliance standards
• Collaborates with the team to resolve complex member care issues and identifies opportunities for process improvements
• Monitors team performance, provides coaching, and assists with onboarding and training of new team members

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of related experience in utilization management
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• Knowledge of utilization management principles preferred
