SAFe Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile methodologies and enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in achieving sprint and PI objectives
• Coach teams on Lean-Agile principles and promote self-organization and collaboration
• Track team performance using Agile metrics and support DevOps practices for improved delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment
• SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Experience with Agile frameworks and delivery tools such as Jira/Jira Align
• Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate certification is a plus
