A company is looking for an Associate Director, Safety and Regulatory Analytics, Data Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics strategy and roadmap, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions and enhance patient outcomes
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analyses and develop KPIs and metrics
• Manage a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years
• Proven experience managing large-scale data projects and leading high-performing teams
• Familiarity with clinical systems such as EDC, CTMS, and IRT
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and algorithms in a business context
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages
