- Guide independent candidates in launching and growing grassroots campaigns
- Identify impactful ways to utilize Pro tools and services for candidate success
- Maintain candidate records in HubSpot and track engagement progress
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in outreach, sales, business development, or political organizing
- Ability to build trust and guide candidates towards action
- Experience managing a pipeline in HubSpot or equivalent CRM
- Comfortable using technology and AI-powered tools
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
