Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in outreach, sales, business development, or political organizing
- Ability to build trust and guide candidates toward action
- Experience managing a pipeline in HubSpot or an equivalent CRM
- Comfortable using technology and AI-powered tools
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
