Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to sales prospects, generating interest in products (up to 800 calls daily)
- Handle and overcome sales objections to transfer potential customers to licensed agents
- Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
- Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or irregular schedules
- Access to a high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment
