Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales Transfer Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to sales prospects to generate interest in insurance products, averaging 800 calls daily
• Handle and overcome sales objections to effectively transfer potential customers to licensed agents
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer ratios to boost sales agent conversion

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a telesales or sales environment
• Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role with proven success
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or irregular schedules is highly preferable
• Access to a hardwired high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds
