Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to SDR Leadership & Managers, providing strategic guidance and support
- Deliver regular analytical insights on SDR performance to stakeholders across various departments
- Implement and refine self-serve reports, analyze pipeline generation needs, and optimize the SDR user experience in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
