Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the top of the funnel: prospect, cold call, and generate qualified meetings
  • Build a pipeline and run high-velocity outreach across phone, email, and social
  • Partner with a Sr. Principal Consultant for coaching and feedback on outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 0-1 year of SDR or sales support experience, or related customer-facing work
  • Comfortable making calls and handling objections
  • Resourceful self-starter with an interest in technology
  • Coachable and able to apply feedback effectively
  • Ability to craft outreach and build lists efficiently
