Job Summary
A company is looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their sales and marketing team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries from leads to qualify them for sales processes
- Ensure accurate data entry and management within the Client Relations Management (CRM) system, Hubspot
- Establish and maintain positive customer interactions and relationships
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in customer service
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
